Treasure Your Trip

We are very excited about our new vacation savings program that allows you to plan for your vacation.  You can opt to automatically have funds transferred into the Treasure Your Trip checking account.  Here you can safely pay for your vacation and not have to worry about missing the boat when friends or family invite you receive the tempting vacation offers via your membership travel alerts.

Membership FAQs

Q-What if I join as a member through my current company and then leave as an employee?  We realize situations change and  will work with you in honoring our commitment with you as a member.

Q – Can I call VHVLLC for advice on each vacation the I am contemplating?    Yes, that is what your membership entitles you to. Our travel consultants are here to help you.

Q- How  will VHVLLC know where I have traveled or where I would like to go.  You will be assigned  specific travel consultant that will work with you to understand your past travel experiences and your desired destinations.  You will have a customized profile that will be kept securely to ensure the best travel experience for you and your family

Q- Can someone else use my travel benefits?  Your travel benefits is per package as either a single membership or a family membership.

Q- Can other non-members also travel with the group?  Yes, they are welcomed but will pay the non-member rate.

Q-  How will I know about the latest discounts and travel deals?Upon your membership you will receive eblast of vendor discounts and last minute deals

Q – Why is the Profile Form important?  We want to understand your travel requirements. If you have been to a destination that was not favorable, we will not send you information regarding that trip.  If you like a window seat, we will do our best to ensure that.  If you like Blues Cruises vs Jazz Cruises; if you like rail travel vs flights, we will keep you posted on those deals.

Q- I want to go on  trip, but do not want to pay the double occupancy fee.  What are my options?  Upon request, we can help you find a same gender travel buddy otherwise a single supplement rate will apply as this is standard vendor requirements.  For cruises, we do have a new ship that does not charge a singles supplement fee. Inquire with our travel consultant

Trip FAQs

Q – How will I be able to make reservations? Give us a call. Its  a free service.

Q – When is the final payment due? We communicate the increments of payments and special arrangements.  The majority of trips will have a 60 day paid in full policy.  Cruises require a 90 day final payment.  You will always have payment details.

Q- Are there special payment arrangements?  Yes we accept personal check, money orders, credit cards.  We also have special vacation arrangements that can be setup with banks  for automatic deposits.  Ask about our “Treasure Your Trip™” checking plans.

Q- Do you offer trip insurance? Yes, to most travelers a trip is a major investment. We offer various comprehensive coverage, which includes baggage, cancellation, accident insurance.  Ask our destination consultant about the right plan for your trip

Q – Is a Passport or Visa required to other countries? Starting January 2008 passports are required for most countries we travel to.  Please visit the US Department of State website for more information.  We will be glad to help you obtain or renew your passport.
